How do I reset my password? +

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

How do I block or report a user? +

To block a user, visit their profile and click the "Block" icon (usually a circle with a line through it). To report a user for violating our guidelines, click the "Report" button on their profile and select the reason for the report. Our safety team reviews all reports promptly.

Why was my photo rejected? +

Photos must adhere to our Community Guidelines. Nudity is allowed in private albums but public profile photos must be appropriate for a general audience. Photos may also be rejected if they are blurry, contain contact information, or depict illegal acts.

How do I cancel my VIP subscription? +

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings under the "Billing" tab. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through your device's subscription management settings.
